Delft Jesus Crusade | 2-5 March 2023
Good morning to our wonderful friends and Take the Nations friends and family,
We trust you are all doing well and are blessed! “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him.” (2 Corinthians 2:14) What a privilege we have! To spread everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of Jesus. This is our greatest opportunity; to spread the love of God in every situation and circumstance we face. We encourage you today to put on the love of God, and to show everyone around you what love truly looks like.
We just had the most amazing four days at our Delft Jesus Crusade where we saw the Holy Spirit being poured out on those who are hungry and desperate for God. Night after night people came from all over to hear the wonderful Gospel of Jesus.
NIGHT 1
We had an incredible first night of the Delft Jesus Crusade where hundreds came to hear the powerful message of Jesus being preached! Evangelist Daniel preached on John 14:6 that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and that no one can come to the Father except through Jesus! The simple gospel was preached and many people surrendered their lives to Jesus, including 3 muslims! People were hungry and experienced the power and love of God, and many were set free from chains of darkness! This was just the beginning of what the Lord wanted to do at the crusade and He continued to pour out His Spirit over the following few nights. “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – John 14:6
NIGHT 2
The second day of the Delft Jesus Crusade exceeded every expectation! Daniel preached on faith and how it is impossible to please God without faith. The joy of the Lord broke out as Daniel was preaching! Many people were healed and set free! God is moving in Delft and He truly is faithful to complete the work that He has begun in the people and the region. “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” – Hebrews 11:6
NIGHT 3
What a powerful third night we had at the Delft Jesus Crusade! Nothing can stop the preaching of the Gospel even when it is pouring with rain and there are no speakers or microphones working! Although many people fled the field, the hungry ones stayed in the pouring rain to receive their touch from the Lord! Just as Jesus used the boat to preach, Evangelist Daniel had to use the back of a truck to preach for a section of the night. The Holy Spirit fell powerfully and filled people all over the field. It was a crusade night like non other than what we’ve experienced before. Daniel preached the whole night with no microphone or speakers. We praise the Lord for all the souls that were won and everyone who was touched and changed! “I baptize you with water for repentance, but he who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” – Matthew 3:11
NIGHT 4 | Final Night
The fourth and final night of the Delft Jesus Crusade was phenomenal ! We had a massive tent set up due to heavy rain in the area to ensure every person could stay dry and hear the Gospel. Evangelist Daniel preached on the the fire of God and the importance of being filled with the Holy Spirit. The Lord poured out His Holy Spirit in such a glorious way and we saw multitudes filled with the Holy Spirit. We are so thankful for what the Lord has done over the last four days and we believe that Delft will never be the same again!
The week after the crusade we met with all of our department heads and local pastors to facilitate effective follow-up and discipleship. Our amazing ushers have documented and collected the decision cards we received during the four nights in Delft and we are so excited to be part of each and every person’s journey with Jesus. Please continue praying for each person that will now be plugged into a local church that the Holy Spirit will continue the powerful work He already started in them at the crusade. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” – Matthew 28:19 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Leviticus 27:30 says, “And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s. It is holy to the Lord.” In bringing our tithe we are giving back to the Lord that which is rightfully His, yet the tithe was not instilled to make Christians suffer financially as a sign of false humility. The tithe was set up by the Lord that we might prosper in all things. As we bring in the tithe the Lord promises to open up the heavens over our lives and pour out such blessings that our storehouses overflow. This is part of the Gospel. The Good News that we no longer have to be poor but that through Christs’ poverty, we might become rich. Give the Lord control over your finances by bringing in your tithe and witness your covenant with El’ Shaddai unfold! We are so thankful to God for all that He is doing in the nations. As we conclude our first Jesus Crusade for 2023, we ask that you continue praying for us as we go into all nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have another four crusades planned for the year, and we know the best is yet to come. Thank you to every person that prayed for us, and partnered with us. You are part of this great Harvest of souls. Delft will never be the same!
